Urinal Diaries is a currently ongoing zine anthology series that loosely sticks to the theme of bathroom humor. Issues 1-3 available in my online shop, issue 4 coming soon! No longer a 1-person anthology, it will be the first issue to feature artists other than myself.
You are welcome to send me something vaguely bathroom related and I may or may not include it in the next issue!
My online shop will only have a fraction of my work available, but I will always print runs of most of my older work and specifically create new zines and comics for upcoming tabling opportunities. I love to table and I’d jump at the chance to submit to your group zine or comics anthology!
please reach out via elibrandwein@gmail.com for any purchasing, tabling, submission or exhibiting inquiries
RICE 2022
3 page comic featured in “I Don’t Do Comics #6” anthology zine - riso printed
Original Content follows a nameless protagonist as he leaves a day of work to meet friends at a theater and see what he assumes is the latest big-budget superhero movie. To his surprise, the film is in fact a gritty reboot of characters he dreamed up when he was a child. The surreal narrative that follows takes a sarcastic look at the state of the movie industry and the pursuit of creative passions in a modern media landscape. Told in a series of letterbox panels, Original Content blurs the line between comic and film while commenting on the cultural climate of film adaptations.
